王冬(dong)在聽取匯報后對集團在職業(ye)經理人(ren)(ren)試(shi)點(dian)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)取得的(de)(de)成果給予肯定。他表示,產投集團開展(zhan)(zhan)職業(ye)經理人(ren)(ren)試(shi)點(dian)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)以(yi)來(lai),政(zheng)策研究透徹(che),措(cuo)施實施縝(zhen)密,工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)落(luo)實扎實,取得了一定成效,但同時也要(yao)看到(dao)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)存(cun)在的(de)(de)問(wen)題和不(bu)足。下一步,要(yao)認真總結職業(ye)經理人(ren)(ren)試(shi)點(dian)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)經驗(yan),好的(de)(de)經驗(yan)要(yao)進行(xing)復制、推(tui)廣,形成特色,不(bu)足之處要(yao)盡快(kuai)補齊短(duan)板,發現問(wen)題要(yao)及(ji)時反(fan)饋,提出意見建(jian)議;要(yao)加大試(shi)點(dian)和改革推(tui)進力度(du),充分激(ji)活人(ren)(ren)才能量,增強企(qi)(qi)業(ye)內(nei)生活力,推(tui)動企(qi)(qi)業(ye)高質(zhi)量發展(zhan)(zhan)。
